(andPOP) - Although Jennifer Lopez may have moved on from P. Diddy a long time ago, the singer-actress will have to relive her infamous night with him, reports TMZ.com

According to TMZ, Lopez was served last week with a subpoena, ordering Lopez to testify in a $130 million lawsuit over a 1999 nightclub shooting involving her ex-boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs and jailed Jamal “Shyne” Barrow. The lawsuit was brought forth by Natania Reuben, the victim shot in the face during the shooting.

Lopez was not called as a witness at the criminal trial of Diddy and Shyne. Although Diddy was exonerated, Shyne is now serving time for the incident.
